I’ve seen the effects of poor nutrition and exercise, as well as the struggle to stay on the path to better health. If you want healthy habits that last, I’m your gal. I love helping people like you get out of a dieting mentality and into a healthy lifestyle by sustainably changing habits. Small tweaks in habits lead to big changes in your health. 

I aim to spread the word about the power of healthy habits and to make healthier living more manageable for busy women who are trying to do all of the things, like myself.

If you hang with me a bit, you’ll see that chaos often wins out over perfection, and I’m okay with that!  I believe consistency is much more impactful than perfection anyway.
