There will be week-long or month-long challenges in our private community to keep you accountable and motivated while you find your balance. During challenges you’ll have a specific task to complete each day to support your goals.

Facebook Lives and Q&As

There will be added content with action items for you to complete, as well as question and answer segments where I answer burning questions that are asked through the weekly progress form or in the Facebook group directly.

Step 1:
decide if you want to commit to your health for a duration of 3 or 6 months

This membership program has two sign-up options, 3 months or 6 months. You can always keep renewing your membership if you still need the support and community to reach your goals after the initial period ends.

Step 2:
check your emails to get access to the member-only private Facebook group

In your inbox (check your spam folder in case) you’ll see an email to subscribe to my mailing list. Once you do that, you’ll get an email with the details on how to join the online community. 

Step 3:
start going through the group posts and ask your questions right away!

You’re in! Browse through the Facebook group to see topics we talked about before by using the search bar or post your own questions. Be sure to check the Files section of the group for added resources.

I believe wholeheartedly that growth and change doesn’t happen in one big movement. But with knowledge, tips, action steps, consistency, persistance, and guidance by yours truly, you can reach your health goals.

Nope! I break down all the information and strategies that are essential to understanding food, understanding your habits and finding your balance. You’ll learn how to start and keep working on realistic and sustainable habits for life. If you’re currently on a diet and finding success, joining this program doesn’t necessarily mean you have to stop it. You can continue, and build-in habits you learn from this group so that the transition from a diet to the rest of your life isn’t met with obstacles, aka the yo-yo dieting effect.

Nope! You will learn everything you need to know about nutrients and nutrient “awareness”, but you’re not required to count anything. You can if you want to, but this program encourages you to use a habit-based approach so that you can listen to your body and feel your best without numbers.

The membership program is ongoing so you can jump in anytime! You also have access to the past posts in the Facebook group so you can filter through what was already discussed. Past topics will get repeated as everyone in the group is at a different spot in their wellness journey. Don’t be scared to ask questions if you feel new to it all, others have the same questions as you!

Monthly in-person meetings are held at the Clare Public Library in Meteghan on certain Monday evenings. If you can’t make to the in-person meetings, don’t worry! A recap will be provided the next day in our private Facebook group and sent by email. If you have questions on anything you missed, you can always send me a message or email back, and we can chat more!

If you know you’d rather not attend any in-person meetings, or Monday evenings don’t work for you, there is also a group that is 100% virtual with people from outside of our area. You can decide which group you’d rather be a part of. 

This is entirely up to you. There will be weekly weigh-ins at home and the opportunity for members to share that number with me for those who choose to do so, but it is not obligated as part of the program. Some people find it keeps them accountable to their goals and a measure of their success. Since this is a weight loss program, knowing your weight before you start the program will be a measure in your success, but it’s not the end all, be all.

If weighing yourself is triggering, please avoid the scale.

We will also be focusing on other measures of success in this program, like your energy levels, how you feel, how your clothes fit, your confidence in food choices, etc.

We have our private members-only Facebook community where you can ask questions any time, share wins, troubleshoot and get day-today feedback from me and everyone else in the group. We’re there to support you, answer questions, share tips and keep the conversation going. If you’re feeling stuck, let us know!

Your results will depend on the work that you put in! This program is not a quick fix. You’ll learn tools and strategies to begin living your healthiest life. Your “results” will depend on how ready you are to work on your habits, your openness to letting go of restrictive dieting, and the energy that you put in. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, as results of any kind are not guaranteed.
